 REPAIR OR REPLACE

Repairing every unit we work on is not our focus.  In contrast, we would rather help you make the best decision based on our in depth understanding of hvac equipment, and your stated goals/plans for use, age and condition of equipment.

Sometimes due to age and condition of equipment it does not make sense to repair, we may advise you to buy new equipment instead of repairing old, outdated, inefficient or obsolete equipment. Because sometimes it is in your best interest to upgrade and get the long term fuel saving, improved comfort and piece of mind from a new home comfort system.
