AIR NOT COOL ENOUGH
Check the filter for excessive dirt , debris and residue that may be clogging the air flow. check coils inside and outside for debris
DRAIN LEAKING
Check to make sure you have drains properly pitched. see if flush tee is available to clear drain
AIR CONDITIONER LEAKING
Not to sound redundant but check air filter. a blocked air filter can cause the evaporator coil to freeze and in-turn cause leaking.
NO POWER
Begin by checking the air conditioner power source at the breaker. A tripped circuit breaker switch is possible and might be your answer. also some townships require a switch at top of steps so check for power switch at top of basement stairs
NOT BLOWING SUFFICIENTLY
We advise to check air filter immediately and look for blockage. Also see if blower motor is running by listening to air handling unit.
